Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily store operations, driving sales performance, and leading a high-energy team. This role includes coaching employees, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate your team to meet and exceed sales goals Recruit, train, and develop store associates Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Maintain accurate inventory and cash handling procedures Ensure the store meets visual and operational standards Create and execute local marketing or community event initiatives to grow brand awareness Track KPIs and report performance to upper management
