Responsibilities Supervise daily operation activities, including overseeing accounts, inventory control, and customer service to ensure smooth operations. Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management. Oversee employee orientation, interviewing, hiring processes, and scheduling to build a strong, capable team. Handle purchasing decisions, inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Follow policies related to bookkeeping, and budgeting to maintain financial integrity. Coordinate shift management duties including employee attendance and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Utilize excellent communication skills to foster a positive experience and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly. Experience Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience with a focus on team management and customer service excellence. Demonstrated proficiency in account management, and financial recordkeeping Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently across various responsibilities including inventory control and merchandising. Knowledge of retail management principles including shift management, budgeting, marketing strategies, and inventory management. Excellent communication skills; Bilingual a must (Spanish) Familiarity with supervising staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service.
