Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays
- Utilize product knowledge to effectively cross sell products
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales. Must have Experience in Vape products, Glass, and Smoke shop accessories.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
