Assistant Manager - Barista

Bonfire Coffee is seeking an individual who is responsible, organized, self-motivated, effective in motivating others, and desires a career in the coffee industry. Two years of coffee experience is necessary, and previous management experience is preferred. If you are looking to advance your career in the coffee industry by leading a small team doing innovative things, this is for you. Day-to-day tasks would include upholding the highest standards of quality and service in the industry, continually improving the customer experience. Handle both guest and staff complaints/issues in a timely and appropriate manner. Develop our baristas' knowledge of customer service techniques and ordering, as well as their ability to work behind the bar for 2-4 shifts a week, ensuring the cafe runs smoothly.
