RETAIL & OPERATIONS LEAD Elev8 is looking for a dependable full-time person in Colorado Springs who wants to take ownership, help us grow and become part of something new. Pay is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities. The store will be the first responsibility: helping customers, making sales, handling the POS, stocking inventory, maintaining displays and keeping daily operations running properly. We also have a lot happening beyond the counter. We are building better systems, growing our social media, promoting events and connecting the different parts of Elev8. We want someone interested in learning, contributing ideas and working directly with the founder and our team. Retail experience is strongly preferred. Leadership, management, social-media, photography, video or content-creation experience are all valuable. We are looking for someone who: Shows up reliably and communicates clearly Takes responsibility and follows through Notices problems and helps solve them Works well with customers and coworkers Can learn new products, tools and systems Wants an opportunity to grow with the company Evening and weekend availability is required.
