The Role This is a broad, hands-on marketing leadership role. Much of our brand, voice, and visual identity is already built — we need someone to own it, run it, and make it perform. You'll set strategy and execute, manage our existing offshore marketing team (4 people) and outside vendors, and report directly to leadership. What You'll Own Brand & strategy Maintain and strengthen our brand standards across every platform, using the assets and guidelines we already have Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts; identify growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations to leadership Digital advertising Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and display campaigns Build and optimize dedicated landing pages; analyze CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost Analytics & tracking Own GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs Track every lead from first touch to closed sale — as granular as the IP address — and build the dashboards and reporting to prove

& local search On-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and optimization for AI search and answer engines Manage Google Business Profiles and local listings; drive reviews and local ranking Traditional media & media buying (a core strength we're hiring for) Plan and buy radio and Connected TV (CTV); data-mine the most qualified audiences and build custom targeting; negotiate placements and track ROI Website & conversion optimization Manage site performance and UX, build conversion-focused landing pages, run A/B tests, and improve lead-gen and conversion rates Content & creative production Create and oversee content across channels; produce and edit video; develop graphics and promotional materials in-house Hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus) CRM & marketing automation Manage HubSpot (or similar), build automated workflows and lead-nurturing, own lead attribution, and tighten sales-and-marketing alignment Marketing materials sourcing & quality control ( important ) Source marketing materials direct from manufacturers; manage QC, lead testing, and required regulatory testing on orders Coordinate international logistics — tariffs and customs clearance — so cargo containers and pallets arrive in our yard on schedule Team & operations Lead our offshore marketing staff and external vendors; develop SOPs, KPIs, and performance metrics; coordinate projects across departments and manage budget What You Bring 5+ years in marketing with progressive responsibility, including managing people and/or vendors Hands-on Adobe Creative Suite skills (you can build and edit assets yourself, not just direct others) Proven digital advertising across Google, Meta, YouTube, and display Strong analytics: GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, full lead-to-close tracking SEO/AEO and Google Business Profile / local search experience Traditional media buying (radio, CTV) — strongly preferred CRM / marketing automation (HubSpot or similar); integrating with field software like JobNimbus a plus Intermediate

Can you reliably commute to 4510 S Federal Blvd, Englewood, five days a week? Describe the most recent marketing asset you personally built or edited — a video, ad creative, graphic, or landing page — and the tools you used. This role needs someone hands-on in Adobe Creative Suite, not only directing others. Have you personally planned and bought radio or Connected TV (CTV) advertising, including audience targeting and negotiating placements? If so, give one example and the approximate budget you managed. Briefly explain how you would track one lead from its first ad click to a closed roofing job, and how you'd prove which marketing dollars drove the sale.
