Responsibilities:
- Manage body shop production, workflow, and quality control
- Lead and develop technicians and support staff
- Write estimates, supplements, and oversee repair planning
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and vendors
- Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
Requirements:
- Previous Body Shop Management experience required
- Strong collision repair and estimating background
- Must be proficient in CCC ONE estimating system
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Production shop experience is required; we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running
