We are a diverse team that focuses on customer service and a strong team environment. The perfect candidate would be able to assume all responsibilities and build strong rapport with staff and customers, while bringing essential management skills to the job. This position typically works closing shifts, but open availability is necessary.
Required:
  • Active CO MED Badge
  • 21 or older
  • Open Availability (Weekends, Holidays, days/evenings)
  • 2+ Years in Marijuana industry
  • 2+ Years in management role
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the retail organization
  • Define objectives, strategies, and plans for continual growth
  • Maximize retail productivity, sales and profits, strong customer service
  • Implements techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, enhance customer experience, and maintain best-in-class practices
  • Provide financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to administrative team
  • Create a work environment that fosters personal growth, customer focus, and service-oriented mentality
  • Ensure dispensary and personnel are in compliance with State and Local regulations (including all operations, processes, inventory management, and protocol)
  • Develops and provides staff training that reinforces service, product, operations, and management expectations
  • Ensure operational priorities, processes, and procedures are communicated, understood, and executed
  • Provide all required reporting to administrative teams
  • Develop and oversee marketing plans and platforms
  • Ensure all daily operational goals and objectives are met
Positional Duties:
  • Front of House oversight
  • Back of House oversight
  • Enforcing Processing Standards & Training
  • Direct processing tasks, priorities & sales
  • Confirming Bud Orders
  • Inventory Recon
  • Store Inventory/Par Levels
  • Daily/Weekly Scheduling
  • Complete sales floor management
  • Sales Floor merchandising
  • Storage stock/par levels & confirming orders
  • Training, developing and motivating the team
  • Leading and promoting excellent customer service through coaching, role modeling and utilizing customer feedback to reinforce and improve quality of service
  • Driving store-level financial and operational results
  • Managing inventory levels through product orders and inventory reconciliation
  • Overseeing the store's online presence: social media, online menu, marketing
  • Counting cash drawers, finalizing daily deposits and cash reconciliation
  • Monitoring daily sales and uploading sales reports to METRC
  • Ensuring customer feedback and concerns are addressed within a timely manner
  • Ensuring cleanliness, organization and attractiveness of store's interior and exterior
  • Protecting store assets, facilities and team members by ensuring all team members' adherence to operational guidelines and standards, compliance with all safety and security policies, and through proper functioning and maintenance of store equipment
  • Maintaining current and accurate business, legal and personal records, and store resource materials
  • Overseeing all training programs within the store and providing guidance, direction and support so team members are ready to perform in their roles
  • Running the staff work schedule
Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to manage diverse team

Starting Salary Range:
$56,485/year to $58,200/year (depending on experience)
