Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our retail sales team and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster a customer-centric environment. Your leadership will inspire team members to achieve their best, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced retail setting. Duties Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to meet or exceed sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising plans to attract and retain customers Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and product placement to maximize sales opportunities Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of communication, phone etiquette, and customer engagement Supervise shift operations, including cashiering, POS transactions, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures Manage employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and performance evaluations to build a strong team Monitor store budgets, pricing strategies, and retail math calculations to optimize profitability Experience 5 years Proven management experience in retail sales or store management with supervisory responsibilities Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and vendor relationships Demonstrated expertise in employee training & development, team management, and leadership roles such as assistant manager or supervisor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customer bases Familiarity with inventory control systems, POS technology, purchasing procedures, and retail math practices Experience in marketing initiatives, merchandising techniques, stock management, and retail operations is preferred Excellent organizational skills combined with time management proficiency to handle multiple priorities efficiently Join us as a Sales Manager and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding retail experiences.
