What You'll Do Lead & Inspire Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and design team Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-first service Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development Drive Business Growth Lead showroom sales performance and revenue growth Analyze business trends and local market opportunities Develop action plans that improve sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability Manage key business metrics and overall showroom performance Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Partner with customers and support major sales opportunities Ensure every guest receives a premium, consultative shopping experience Create an engaging showroom environment that reflects the Stickley brand Optimize Operations Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily showroom operations Ensure operational excellence and process consistency Champion continuous improvement initiatives that support growth What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of retail sales leadership or showroom management experience Proven success leading teams and driving sales performance Strong coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills Experience managing business metrics and operational performance Passion for customer experience and team development Preferred Qualifications Furniture, home furnishings, interior design, or luxury retail experience Consultative sales leadership background Experience working with interior designers or design-focused clientele Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and support your success.
