Overview Shift Leaders are future leaders and managers in the making (whether its at DD or somewhere else). Shift Leaders are team players, business assets and are never followers. Responsibilities Supporting the managers in day-to-day operations. Leading Crew Members to adhere to brand standards. Training new hires. Serving guests and employees.
