Current concepts include The Brownstone Pizza Bar Hartford & West Hartford (Opening Soon) and another emerging concept. We are looking for an ambitious hospitality leader to work directly alongside owner and help oversee multiple locations. This is not a corporate desk job. This is a hands-on leadership position designed for someone who wants to grow into a Director of Operations role as the company expands. The right candidate will be mentored directly by ownership and have the opportunity to help build a multi-unit restaurant company from the ground up. Duties Operations Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants. Support managers in achieving labor, sales, and food cost goals. Ensure consistency in food quality, service, cleanliness, and execution. Identify operational issues and implement solutions before they become problems. Maintain exceptional guest experiences. Leadership Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members. Coach managers and hourly employees. Conduct regular manager meetings and performance reviews. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and hospitality. Help create future leaders within the company. Financial Performance Monitor labor and scheduling. Assist with inventory management and purchasing. Control food and beverage costs. Learn and understand restaurant financial statements and key performance indicators. Help drive profitability while maintaining quality and hospitality. Facilities & Systems Coordinate repairs and vendor relationships. Assist with preventative maintenance programs. Ensure health department and safety compliance. Develop and improve operating systems and SOPs. Support technology and operational improvements. Growth & Development Work directly with ownership on strategic initiatives. Participate in new restaurant openings and future expansion. Learn all aspects of multi-unit restaurant leadership. Help build a best-in-class independent restaurant company. Experience ResponsibilitiesOperations Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants. Qualifications Required 3-7 years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Understanding of labor management and food cost controls. Excellent organizational skills. Highly accountable and detail-oriented. Comfortable working nights and weekends when necessary. Ability to lead by example. Willingness to learn execute and grow Preferred Multi-unit experience. General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience. Scratch kitchen and bar experience. Experience opening restaurants. Familiarity with Toast POS and restaurant technology.

Base Salary Plus Quarterly Performance Bonus Pay:
$55,343.86 - $65,000.00 per year
