Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers at the counter
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and procedures
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as needed
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food

Skills:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques or willingness to learn
• Help out in various areas of the counter or kitchen area as needed
