Evening Site Supervisor

LOCATION

Newtown High School / Office of Newtown Continuing Education

START DATE

: As soon as possible

SALARY RANGE

: $20 Per Hour

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and high degree of confidentiality. Must be dependable, punctual and able to work independently. Candidates should be personable and welcoming. Ability to communicate and work well with others. Some knowledge of equipment, such as a computer and projector. Ability to dedicate at-least two evenings (Tuesday & Thursday) a week (between 2-5 hours a week).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure proper signage is posted. Greet participants and instructors on time and in a professional manner. Ensure classrooms are unlocked for each course. Assist in the set up of technology (projector, TV, computers, etc.), as needed. Other duties as assigned by the director. Serves as a liaison between patrons, instructors and the Adult Ed department.
