In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service while bringing families and children together. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail management, possesses strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Duties Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service while handling parents and children. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth. Handle purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase revenue. Supervise daily store operations including cashiering, POS transactions, shift management, and customer interactions. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication skills.
