Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving sales growth. Your leadership will be key to creating a vibrant shopping environment that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure top performance Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Manage inventory control, purchasing, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize waste Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive sales Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Conduct employee orientation, training sessions, and performance evaluations to promote team growth Monitor sales metrics, manage budgets, and develop marketing initiatives to increase store profitability Requirements Proven management experience in retail or food service environments with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee recruitment, interviewing, and payroll processing Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and bookkeeping practices Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties efficiently Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Leadership qualities with a focus on training & development and team motivation Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments preferred Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends as needed Join us at MILKCRAFT and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional ice cream experiences!
