Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise sales associates to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in creating and managing the store's budget
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for sales associates
Experience:
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong mathematical skills for budgeting and financial analysis
- Proven track record in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Ability to negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing a team of employees
- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially in a diverse retail environment
- Knowledge of wireless sales industry trends and best practices As an assistant manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations.
