Parts Counter/Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and organized

• Parts Counter Specialist / Parts Manager
• to join our team.

This is a key role responsible for managing our parts department, supporting our service technicians, and ensuring smooth day-to-day parts operations. The right candidate will have hands-on experience in a dealership environment and a solid understanding of both traditional and EV parts inventory. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact at the parts counter for technicians, service advisors, and walk-in customers Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and returns Source and order parts from a variety of vendors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery Maintain accurate inventory records using the dealership's

• Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Coordinate with the service department to support repair and maintenance needs Identify and source EV-related components and parts as our EV inventory grows Minimize obsolete inventory and conduct regular cycle counts Build and maintain vendor relationships for consistent parts availability Assist in training or supervising parts staff as needed (for manager-level candidates) Qualifications Prior experience in a •dealership parts department•strongly preferred Familiarity with a •dealership DMS•(e.

g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerSocket, or similar) Experience ordering parts from

• multiple vendors and distributors
• Knowledge of or interest in
• Electric Vehicles (EVs)
• and EV-specific parts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday (No weekends required!

)

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
