Bilingual Key Holder (Full-Time) New Store Opening - Brandon, Florida Perfumania, one of America's leading fragrance retailers, is preparing to open a brand-new boutique at Exchange Mall in Brandon, Florida. We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Bilingual Key Holder to help build this new location from the ground up. This is an opportunity to become part of a team from its very beginning and contribute to creating a store culture centered on professionalism, teamwork, customer experience, and excellence. More than retail experience, we value individuals who take pride in their work, lead by example, and understand that exceptional service begins with genuine human connection. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking ownership of daily operations, supporting team development, and creating an environment where both customers and associates feel welcomed, respected, and valued. Key Responsibilities Support daily opening and closing procedures and ensure operational readiness at all times Assist with cash management, inventory control, merchandising, and point-of-sale operations Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish Lead by example in achieving sales goals and maintaining high service standards Support the training, coaching, and development of team members Help maintain an organized, visually appealing, and customer-focused store environment Assist with scheduling, staffing support, and operational tasks as needed Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture Qualifications Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, Key Holder, or Assistant Manager roles preferred Fluency in both English and Spanish required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead with professionalism, maturity, and accountability Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with POS systems, cash handling, inventory management, and retail operations Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods What We Offer Opportunity to join a brand-new store opening Professional growth and advancement opportunities Ongoing training and development Supportive and collaborative team environment The opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one At Perfumania, every interaction matters.
