ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following, but are not limited to: Oversees accounts in assigned area, including meeting with customers, and resolving issues. Performs quality control check of service areas. Ensures all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner. Coordinates cleaner's schedules. Interviews and hires cleaning staff Provides training to assigned staff Ensures inventories of cleaning supplies in assigned area meet company standards Performs all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages Other duties may be assigned as needed SKILL and/or
