Receiving Lead - Four Corners (Clermont, FL) Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity | Community-Focused Role Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys staying active, working outdoors, and making an impact in your community? We're looking for a Receiving Lead to oversee daily operations at our stand-alone donation center in Four Corners (Clermont, FL). This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a team environment, enjoys leading by example, and takes pride in delivering a positive donor experience. What You'll Do As a Receiving Lead, you'll be the go-to person for keeping the donation center running smoothly while leading a small team (up to 5 team members). Your day will include a mix of leadership, operations, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and support a small team to ensure smooth daily operations Provide a welcoming, helpful experience for donors, including issuing receipts and assisting with donations Open and close the donation center and ensure all procedures are followed Monitor daily productivity, accuracy, and donation flow Coordinate donation pickups and maintain communication with transportation and leadership teams Maintain accurate records, reports, and donor tallies Ensure the site is clean, organized, safe, and fully stocked with supplies Train new employees and reinforce best practices and safety standards Step in to assist with lifting, sorting, and handling donated goods as needed Ensure proper staffing coverage and adjust schedules when necessary What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is dependable, approachable, and confident leading a team in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Previous supervisory experience is required Open availability to work within our operating hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7 days a week (including weekends) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic computer skills (email, data entry, reporting)

Preferred:

Experience in retail, warehouse, or donation-based environments Experience handling inventory or production tracking Physical Requirements Regularly lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Work in an environment that may include heat, cold, dust, and noise Why Join Us?
