Beyond retail, Reservedmia functions as a community hub, hosting events, live music, brand activations, creative collaborations, and cultural programming. Through its physical store and online platform, the brand connects customers with unique products and experiences rooted in authenticity, nostalgia, and culture. Team members join a creative, fast-paced environment at the intersection of fashion, art, music, and community. Role Description The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. The General Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring the shop floor is visually compelling and on brand. This role leads, trains, and schedules the team, setting clear expectations for service, sales performance, and adherence to store policies. The General Manager monitors sales metrics, manages budgets, controls costs, and implements strategies to drive revenue and profitability across in-store and online channels. The role also collaborates on event planning and execution, manages vendor and partner relationships, resolves customer issues, and maintains a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for staff, customers, and community partners. Qualifications Proven experience in retail or hospitality management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance coaching. Strong skills in store operations, such as inventory control, POS oversight, cash handling, and basic financial reporting. Experience with merchandising and visual presentation, with an eye for vintage, streetwear, and cultural trends. Customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle escalations and create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Event and community engagement experience, including coordinating in-store events, pop-ups, or brand activations. Comfort with digital tools, including basic e-commerce platforms, social media collaboration, and inventory or retail software. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Interest in vintage fashion, music, art, and culture, with the ability to represent the brand's voice and values. Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events as needed. Previous experience managing a specialty retail or lifestyle concept store is preferred but not required; relevant leadership experience in related fields is also valued.
