Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of food management, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Manage food production processes, including catering services, to meet customer demands. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members. Implement effective shift management practices to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Train staff on culinary techniques, food safety protocols, and operational procedures. Collaborate with other departments to promote teamwork and achieve organizational goals. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary arts. Demonstrated ability to supervise and train staff effectively. Experience in food production and catering services is highly desirable.
