Assistant Manager in Training Coffee Shop

Coffee Corral is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Manager in Training to join our team. This full-time position is designed for someone who is ready to grow into a leadership role while learning all aspects of coffee shop operations. Responsibilities include supporting daily café operations, delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, training team members, managing inventory, and helping lead staff during busy shifts.

Qualifications:

Previous coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow into a management position Availability to work opening shifts and weekends a must! We're looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys working with people, and is excited to be part of a growing locally owned business that values community, teamwork, and great coffee. Full-time position with opportunities for advancement. This is a base pay position based on experience , plus in-house tip sharing . Opportunity for advancement upon successful completion of training.

Pay:

$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
