We take pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to builders, contractors, and homeowners. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our millwork shop. This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, organization, and knowledge of woodworking processes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations and workflow Manage and supervise shop employees Schedule and prioritize production orders Ensure quality control on all products Coordinate with office staff on orders and timelines Maintain inventory of materials and supplies Enforce safety procedures and shop standards Troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency Qualifications Experience in millwork, cabinetry, or door manufacturing Previous management or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery Ability to read shop drawings and plans Excellent organizational and leadership skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Preferred (Bonus) Skills Experience with custom doors and trim packages Familiarity with production scheduling systems Forklift experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Paid time off Growth opportunities Supportive team environment How to Apply Send your resume to: Or call/text: (772) 242-8501 Must have hands-on experience in a millwork or woodworking shop — this is not an entry-level position.
