25 based on years of experience Position Summary The CT Scan Supervisor is responsible for the 24/7 oversight of CT operations, including staffing, workflow management, quality assurance, and departmental performance. This role provides leadership to CT technologists, ensures high-quality patient care, manages departmental resources, and supports the organization's mission, vision, and values. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily CT department operations and staffing. Ensure quality and compliance of CT imaging services. Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment. Monitor productivity and operational efficiency. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to CT staff. Drive departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain high standards of patient care and safety. Qualifications Required Education Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field Required Certifications Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) ARRT Registered Radiography (ARRT-R) Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
