Full Job Description Compensation Range:

Manager for Smart Touch Wireless you will earn $15-$18 per hour, plus performance bonuses for store results and personal commission for sales made on the floor. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager in Training to lead our sales efforts in designated stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective employee development, lead generation, and direct sales strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to analyze sales data to inform decision-making. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue. Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and market research. Conduct development trainings with sales reps and store managers to achieve goals. Manage existing accounts while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales initiatives. Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed. Experience Proven experience in direct sales. Strong background in lead generation techniques and strategies. Familiarity with technical sales processes is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
