Night Manager with Bartending Experience Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced nightlife environment? We are seeking an experienced Night Manager with strong bartending skills to oversee evening operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and lead our team to success.
Responsibilities:
Manage all nightly bar operations and ensure smooth service Lead, motivate, and support bartenders, servers, and support staff Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively Monitor inventory, cash handling, and end-of-night procedures Ensure compliance with all alcohol service, health, and safety regulations Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development
Qualifications:
