We're seeking a dynamic, creative, and self-driven Retail Store Manager to be an integral part of the team to the launch of our third store to Key West; someone who doesn't just manage a store, but builds a destination rooted in culture, community, and elevated lifestyle. This is more than a retail role; it's a chance to shape the vision from the ground up. As we prepare to open our doors, you'll play a key role in setting the tone, curating the in-store experience, and ensuring every detail reflects the core values of the Marley brand: authenticity, sustainability, and unity. We're looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on; a natural self-starter with a strong eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.

What You'll Do:

Lead the store opening process from concept to execution Bring a strong aesthetic vision to merchandising, layout, and customer experience Drive social media presence and community engagement, making the store a must-visit destination Build and foster relationships within the local Key West community Create and execute in-store events, activations, and brand moments Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance once the store is open

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
