Assistant Store Manager in Training

Job description We are looking for dynamic, motivated, self starters looking for an opportunity to learn and grow. The Store Assistant Manager Trainee performs all required functions of the Sales/Stock Associate role while learning and developing for future management opportunities. The Store Assistant Manager is the managing partner for multiple designated store locations. The primary functions of the Store Assistant Manager are to maintain accuracy of inventory and cash flow, provide guidance and leadership to employees as needed or , assist other stores as needed, and ensure company standards are upheld. This position will require the ability to work at several stores throughout the Kissimmee and Champions Gate region. Other tasks may be required as reasonably requested.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist and support employees at designated store and other stores as needed. Provide assistance, knowledgeable product information, and suggestive selling techniques to customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience. Maintain customer satisfaction through friendly, engaging, and proactive service. Ensure adequate stocking and overall look of store Maintain accuracy of inventory and cash flow Effectively work with and communicate as a team both to and between employees and management Demonstrate initiative Provide assistance with inventory, training initiatives, financial transactions, and other procedures Act as guidance for areas of improvement and uphold company standards Provide documentation as requested and/or required Perform other reasonable tasks as requested
