Admin Support 4, Manufacturing Supply Purchasing (MSP) - Lakeland Publix Super Markets, Inc. - 3.9 Lakeland, FL Job Details Full-time $20.05 - $27.65 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Project team coordination Employee onboarding Staff supervision Team member evaluation Office activity coordination Data analysis reporting Engagement survey (performance management method) HR communication Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) implementation Operations coordination HR analytics Employee surveys Performance Reporting Performance feedback (performance evaluation method) Mid-level Meeting scheduling Team development Staff policy implementation Team training Data reporting support Overseeing payroll HR operations department management Managing projects New hire orientation Office management Employee surveys (needs assessment method) Full Job Description The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the administrative and HR functions of the department, which include: executing the day-to-day administrative and HR functions of the department staffing, managing, and training the direct report positions, including development, counseling, and performance evaluations ensuring the weekly payroll process is completed accurately and timely, including TOR's, TPASS and payroll functions executing and administering Publix Corporate and Industrial Operations policies, procedures, and guidelines, training or notifying the Director and other department managers of new or revised policies and other Publix Corporate or Industrial Operations communication tracking, reporting, and analyzing HR related data on a routine basis and special requests from department managers and/or Corporate Manufacturing serving as department contact to Industrial Operations Personnel, Policies, Pay and Time Team regarding HR related issues, including participating in or leading projects coordinating the Associate Voice Survey and annual Performance Evaluation Process for department hourly associates serving as department contact to other Publix departments for HR/Administrative related issues assisting in the scheduling, planning, and coordination of department meetings driving improvement within the Administration Department conducting new associate orientations assisting the Director and other department managers on special projects
