StoreRight Self Storage is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Part-Time Relief Manager to join our team in Lakeland, FL. As a Relief Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a professional who is customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and capable of managing various facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility, including processing rentals, taking payments, and managing the front office. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure units are secure and maintaining cleanliness in common areas. Assist with the upkeep of marketing and customer relationship management efforts. Monitor and update store inventory, supplies, and equipment as necessary. Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records accurately. Collaborate with the management team to support and implement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience are a plus. Previous experience in customer service or management roles preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently. Flexible availability, including Saturday, is desired.
