Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, including Assistant Managers. Manage labor and food costs while achieving sales and profitability goals. Partner with the District Manager and Talent Acquisition team on hiring, employee development, and performance management. Deliver outstanding guest experiences and professionally resolve customer concerns. Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee product ordering. Create and manage team schedules to ensure proper staffing coverage. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready restaurant environment. Drive positive guest reviews and enhance the restaurant's online reputation on platforms such as Google and Yelp. Collaborate with marketing initiatives, promotional events, and influencer partnerships. Cross-train team members to maximize operational flexibility and efficiency. Utilize digital tools, checklists, and task management systems to maintain company standards. Manage payroll processes, review timesheets, and approve necessary adjustments. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of store or restaurant management experience required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Availability to work both day and night shifts. Why Skinny Louie?
