Job Description
Summary We are a family-owned Window, Door, and Shutter Installer in Southwest Florida. We perform work in Collier and Lee Counties and are seeking a dependable, hands-on Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations, maintain inventory, fabricate shutter products, and ensure our warehouse remains organized, safe, and efficient. The ideal candidate has significant experience building Accordion, Bahama, and Rolldown Shutters, is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology. Key Responsibilities Open the facility daily at 6:00 AM and prepare window and shutter materials for crews Fabricate Accordion, Bahama, and Rolldown Shutters from scratch Unload delivery trucks, track inventory, and work with suppliers if there are delivery issues Read cut sheets created by Project Supervisors and Measure Techs. Efficiently cut product so there isn't too much drop Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are properly maintained and stored Qualifications Previous experience fabricating shutters and managing a shop Certified to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment Exceptional inventory management and organizational skills Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of the shop's performance What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off (PTO) 401(k) Matching Ongoing training and professional development Stable, year-round work with a growing, family-owned company Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience managing a shop and manufacturing shutters.
