What You'll Do Run in-home appointments scheduled for you Meet with homeowners who requested an estimate after seeing one of our commercials or social media ads Present products Build trust and close same-day Complete basic paperwork after each appointment What We're Looking For Comfortable with commission-only compensation Confident communicating face-to-face with homeowners Reliable transportation and professional appearance Self-motivated and goal-driven Coachable mindset Experience in home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, or in-home sales is a BIG plus — but not required. We train the right people. What We Offer Pre-set, confirmed appointments Uncapped commissions Fast onboarding and product training Flexible schedule Consistent appointment flow Opportunity to grow into senior sales or management Earning Potential (Performance-Based) Average reps: $2,000
