As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will help foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers and motivate team members to achieve their best. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop management skills while contributing to the success of our store. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and possesses strong communication skills, ready to take ownership of daily store functions and support the team in achieving sales goals. Responsibilities Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all security procedures are followed Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and sales transactions using POS systems Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory control practices Supervise daily store activities including cashiering, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members Train and develop staff on customer service standards, sales techniques, and operational procedures Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, payroll processing, and bookkeeping with accuracy Lead shift management by delegating tasks, supervising team members, and ensuring excellent customer experience Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to boost sales and enhance store visibility Maintain organizational standards through effective pricing strategies, merchandising, and inventory purchasing Qualifications Proven supervisory or assistant management experience within retail or grocery stores Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management Experience with recruiting, training & development, and employee orientation processes Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and store management practices Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently with excellent time management skills Familiarity with budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks Customer-focused attitude with exceptional phone etiquette and organizational skills Previous experience in retail sales including wireless or grocery store environments is desirable Join us as a Key Holder to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
