Luxury Retail Fashion This is a sales-driven leadership opportunity. Candidates will complete a 4-week paid training program as a Sales Associate before being considered for promotion into store leadership. We are seeking individuals with a proven history of driving sales, building client relationships, coaching teams, and increasing store performance. This is a selling position first and a leadership opportunity second. We are seeking sales-driven leaders who can personally generate revenue while helping elevate the performance of the entire store. This isn't just another retail job—it's a high-performance role with aggressive commissions, big bonuses, and hourly base pay .
What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences and consistently exceed personal sales goals Build and maintain a strong book of clientele and VIP customers Lead by example on the sales floor through strong selling and clienteling Coach and motivate team members to increase sales performance Help develop sales strategies to drive store revenue growth Support management in maintaining operational excellence and luxury presentation standards Analyze opportunities to improve customer conversion, average transaction value, and repeat business Opening and closing responsibilities Requirements Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience required Minimum 2 years of fashion retail leadership experience preferred (Keyholder, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and customer experience Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate others Excellent English communication skills required Weekend and holiday availability required Availability to work 6 days per week
