Motoring Day to Day Work work flow
Making sure Employees Schedule is adhered to
Ensure Rules are followed and proper hygiene of employees and house are adhered to.
Reconcile Employee checkouts (House Deposits, Tip outs, Cash Drawers)
Opening and Closing of Restaurant (Key Holding)
Know how to manage and work as a team.
Excellent Customer Service Skills Essential
Must be comfortable with giving a warm welcome to guests and check on guests during meals that they are satisfied.
Resolution of any customer concerns or employee issues according to house guidelines.
