This includes assisting in supervising store associates, merchandising, attracting and developing talent, and most importantly ensuring great customer service. About you Minimum of 1-3 years' retail experience Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead and develop others Vast knowledge of hardware related products and home projects a plus Willingness and ability to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. The minimum physical requirements for this position include: The ability to see and read product labels, dispense product knowledge, and communicate with customers Manual dexterity; working with cash registers and computers, assembly of some products; ability to quickly make appropriate change for customers Ability to stand for an extended period of time Bending, climbing, and twisting are routine; the position requires the ability to retrieve, stock, and move product Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds Benefits for
