Regional Director

Job Summary The Regional Director Role plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within the shop, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of team leadership processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in service writing, service management, marine technician, parts procurement, or relatable fields. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Review project plans and specifications to determine necessary resources and scheduling. Utilize management software, to track project progress and documentation. Ability to build teams and develop solutions Assist in repair estimating by providing insights on material needs, labor costs, and timelines. Collaborate with Shop Foreman, sales support, and lead technicians to assure job completions and maximization. Train new employees on shop procedures, equipment operation, and safety practices. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project changes. Requirements Proven experience working with softwares. Mechanical knowledge Knowledge of vessels Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
