We seek an assistant shop manager who will help foster a community atmosphere within their staff which spills into the customer experience. Parlor Doughnuts has shops coast-to-coast and is growing every day. Your job in a nutshell : Our assistant shop managers take pride in helping produce an exceptional doughnut, artisanal breakfast items and specialty coffee by seeking and retaining quality talent, overseeing operations, always pursuing new processes for their team, and ensuring good customer service. Your expected activities : Running a successful, clean profitable shop, mastering our menu items (including allergen information), safeguarding assets and, flexibility while working under pressure

• maintaining a seamless process through Front and Back of House operations, learning each position to ensure effective training, serving as the point person for communication with the PCB General Manager, ordering supplies and meeting the shop's targets for cost of goods sold and waste percentages, among other duties.

Qualities we are looking for : Practical experience in food and customer service preferred Must possess a valid Driver's License Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and kitchen hygiene practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create positive guest interactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards We value energetic team players who are eager to contribute to a lively shop atmosphere while delivering top-notch products and memorable guest experiences.
