This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop your management skills while ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As an integral part of our store leadership, you will support daily store functions, motivate team members, and contribute to achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling Lead and supervise team members to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all customers receive prompt and friendly assistance Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new employees to build a strong, motivated team Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and loss prevention strategies Handle cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with precision and integrity Implement employee orientation programs and coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance team skills Assist with marketing activities and promotional displays to boost sales and store visibility Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments, preferably as an assistant manager or supervisor Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members effectively Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated expertise in retail math, sales management, inventory control, and merchandising techniques Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll administration, and bookkeeping practices Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and employee orientation to foster a positive work environment Organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities including shift management and administrative tasks Knowledge of retail sales strategies, pricing techniques, marketing initiatives, and store management best practices Embark on a rewarding career where your leadership can make a real difference!
