We supply retail store owners with fixtures ranging from ready to assemble display cases all the way to entire custom store buildouts. We are looking for someone that has great communication skills to communicate with customers, great organizational skills for staying on top of projects, and a mind that thinks about how things are built. Responsibilities Gather information from clients to help create a store layout and leverage our vendors to design fixtures in a store. Manage current ongoing projects that require custom displays to be manufactured. Collaborate with sales teams and vendors to ensure displays are properly manufactured. Create and send estimates to potential customers. Use our CRM to manage sales process stages for new leads, follow up with them, and ensure we are closing deals. Warm call inbound leads, build rapport and gather information. Qualifications Must love asking people questions. Must love being a top performer. Must be competitive. Must want to be working in person. Must be diligent about following up with potential leads. Must be able to use a computer, phone, and have used a CRM in the past. Compensation Potential for commission. Will be discussed during interviews.
