Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and implement effective sales strategies. Duties Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service initiatives. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and development to enhance team performance. Manage employee orientation programs to ensure staff are well-informed about company policies and customer service expectations. Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance. Implement effective merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales and meet revenue targets. Maintain inventory control through regular stock audits, purchasing decisions, and POS (Point of Sale) system management. Supervise shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence. Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training, and developing team members; previous assistant manager experience is preferred. Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and retail math. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. Knowledge of retail marketing strategies, merchandising techniques, and pricing methods. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently.
