We are looking for a highly motivated Mobile Expert to join our dynamic team at Metro by T-Mobile. This role is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and maximizing performance in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate is competitive, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales and technology. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets (activations, upgrades, accessories, and add-on services) Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to closing the sale Promote key products such as Magenta Plans, Home Internet, Tablets, and Accessories Maximize every customer interaction through upselling and cross-selling Stay up to date on promotions, plans, and product knowledge Process transactions including activations, payments, and upgrades Follow company policies (uniform, attendance, inventory control, etc.) Maintain store appearance and ensure a great in-store experience
