Shamrock Cleaners has been a staple in the community for over 40 years. We have won Best Dry Cleaning every year from 2020 to the present. We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package to including a 401k, holiday and vacation pay etc. The Store General Manager will ensure garments are processed efficiently, safely, and according to Shamrock's quality standards. This position works closely with ownership to maintain operational excellence while leading a productive and customer-focused team. The ideal candidate will manage our retail and commercial operation. Key Responsibilities Plant Operations Oversee daily production and workflow within the dry cleaning plant. Ensure garments are processed accurately and efficiently from intake through final inspection. Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of customer orders. Maintain high standards for garment care, stain removal, pressing, finishing, and packaging. Coordinate workflow between retail locations and plant operations. Quality Control Ensure all garments meet Shamrock quality standards before delivery or customer pickup. Monitor re-clean rates and implement corrective action when needed. Investigate and resolve garment-related concerns. Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership Hire, train, coach, and supervise plant personnel. Create and manage employee schedules. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback. Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment. Equipment & Facility Management Oversee maintenance and proper operation of dry cleaning and laundry equipment. Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized facility. Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and production materials. Customer Service Support Assist with resolution of customer concerns related to garment care and quality. Work with customer service staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Support special garment care requests and problem-solving efforts. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of management experience. Strong leadership and employee development skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Store General Management experience a plus. Previous experience in restoration work a plus ! The ideal candidate would manage both the Front of the House team as well as production and our Route operation. You would report to work as early as 6:00 am. Primarily a day shift operation.
