Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Key holder to join our growing
GOLDFLOWER
team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service to our patients, while maintaining the upmost professionalism. Through strong organization, product knowledge, and operational discipline, the Key Holder helps enable the team to maximize every sale, deliver exceptional service, and create the type of customer experience that inspires clients to return time and again.

Quickly and efficiently complete sales transactions while providing five-star customer service during every interaction. Store Operations & Inventory Management Keep the dispensary tidy and well stocked during downtime. Open and close the store following all security and operational procedures. Preform cash reconciliation and weekly cash pickups in collaboration with management. Responsible for In-Store product quantity levels and maintaining audit records. Compliance & Documentation Maintain compliance during every transaction. Investigate inventory discrepancies and rectify to 100% compliance. What we ask for (Qualifications):
Required:
High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 21 years old, and able to pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening At least one year of Budtender experience Must successfully pass criminal background check.
Preferred:
One to two years demonstrated work experience in customer service and/or sales, in a fast-paced, demanding retail environment. Experience using point of sales system. Ability to cultivate long-term customer relationships Ability to deal with problems and resolve issues in a professional manner Basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
