We are seeking strong, motivated, and people-focused Shift Leaders to help lead our team during this exciting new store opening . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and is passionate about team development and guest experience. Position Summary The Shift Leader is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, leading hourly team members, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences during each shift. Shift Leaders act as the floor leader during service and help drive accountability, speed, cleanliness, food quality, and hospitality while supporting the restaurant management team. Qualifications Previous restaurant leadership or shift lead experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to coach and motivate team members Basic cash handling and POS knowledge preferred Flexible availability including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds Must be able to pass airport badging and federal background requirements Why Join WuTang Asian Kitchen?
