Pay Schedule:
Biweekly ($1,370 every two weeks) Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Store Sales Manager to lead our retail team. This role is responsible for daily store operations, increasing sales, managing employees, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support store employees. Create schedules and manage daily shifts. Develop strategies to meet store sales goals. Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and stock replenishment. Handle cash, POS transactions, payroll, and basic bookkeeping. Assist with interviewing and hiring new employees. Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory levels. Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store. Qualifications Previous retail management or supervisory experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with inventory, merchandising, and pricing. Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, payroll, and bookkeeping. Ability to train employees and manage a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus.
