Are you a proven retail leader with a track record of driving sales, maximizing labor efficiency, and creating a positive work environment? Pomvom is looking for a seasonal Retail Operations Supervisor to co-lead our photo/video retail operations located at Six Flags Over Georgia . This is your chance to work outdoors, inspire a team, and deliver exceptional experiences to families and guests, all while driving revenue and controlling costs. This is a seasonal hourly role with an anticipated end date in early November 2026.

What You'll Do:

Drive Retail Revenue:

Use your expertise to exceed daily sales goals and implement strategies that maximize profits and control labor costs. Co-Lead a

Sales Team:

Co-Manage the day-to-day operations of the photo and video retail locations independently, taking full ownership and executing flawlessly without needing your Area Manager on-site. (This is a hands-on role!)

Inspire and Motivate:

Lead, train, and develop a dynamic, hourly team to perform at their best, creating a high-energy and high-performance environment.

Create Unforgettable Guest Experiences:

Ensure guests leave with lasting memories by capturing their moments and providing top-tier customer service in a family-oriented setting. Jump in a Tech-Forward Environment - Working alongside your team to train and operate digital touch-screen registers and professional cameras to create seamless transactions and great results.
